Prof. Ina Reić Ercegovac, PhD is a Full Professor at the Department of Psychology, Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, University of Split. Her research interests lie in the fields of developmental psychology and the psychology of music, with a particular focus on development within family, educational, and academic contexts. She teaches a range of courses in developmental psychology, parenting psychology, and the psychology of music at all levels of higher education. Under her supervision, 80 undergraduate and master’s theses, one specialist thesis, and two doctoral dissertations have been successfully completed. Assist. Prof. Ivan Buljan, PhD is an Assistant Professor at the Department of Psychology, Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, University of Split. His research interests include psychology, research methodology, research integrity, the reproducibility of science, student mental health, and the effectiveness of psychological interventions. His work focuses particularly on the evaluation of psychological and counselling interventions, help-seeking for mental health support, the implementation of open science practices, and the development and implementation of guidelines in higher education.
He teaches courses in statistics, research methodology, and research ethics at the University of Split and also delivers guest lectures in related academic programmes.

In recognition of his scientific and professional achievements, he received the Croatian State Award for Science for Young Scientists in the field of social sciences in 2023, awarded by the Croatian Parliament, and the University of Split Annual Science Award in 2024 for being among the most highly cited researchers in the social sciences.
Assist. Prof. Toni Maglica, PhD is an Assistant Professor at the Department of Early and Preschool Education, Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, University of Split. He teaches courses across several departments on topics related to family, parenting, behavioural problems, and their prevention. These areas also constitute the primary focus of his scientific and professional work.

Senior Teaching Assistant Lana Pehar is a Senior Teaching Assistant at the Department of Psychology, Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, University of Split. Her primary research interests lie in the field of intergroup relations, with a particular focus on the role of intergroup contact and social norms in shaping the dynamics between members of minority and majority social groups. Building on previous experience at two higher education institutions, she currently teaches practical classes and seminars in seven undergraduate and graduate courses in statistics, research methodology, and social psychology at the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences in Split.

Prof. Ivana Tadić, PhD is a Full Professor at the Department of Management, Faculty of Economics, Business and Tourism, University of Split. Her research interests lie in the field of human resource management, with particular emphasis on employee motivation and job satisfaction, employee performance, managing a multigenerational workforce, and employee well-being.
She teaches courses in Human Resource Management at the undergraduate, graduate, and postgraduate levels at the Faculty of Economics, Business and Tourism, University of Split, the Hospitality and Gastronomy programme at the University of Split, and the joint master’s programme within the SEA-EU Alliance.

Prof. Ivana Bulog, PhD is a Full Professor at the Department of Management, Faculty of Economics, Business and Tourism, University of Split, where she also serves as the Head of the Department. Senior Teaching Assistant Bruno Barać has been employed as a Senior Teaching Assistant at the Department of Psychology, Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, University of Split, since November 2023. His research interests lie in the fields of developmental psychology, psychopathology, and psychotherapy.

Prof. Ivana Batarelo Kokić, PhD is a Full Professor with tenure at the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, University of Split. Over the past 28 years, she has worked at several academic and research institutions in Croatia and abroad. She served as a lecturer at Arizona State University, a Research Associate at the Institute for Social Research in Zagreb, and an Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, University of Zagreb.
She holds degrees in Pedagogy, Library and Information Science, and Social Sciences and Humanities Computing from the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, University of Zagreb. She earned both her master’s degree and PhD in Educational Technology and Curriculum Studies from Arizona State University.
She has served as a principal investigator, consultant, and researcher on projects funded by the World Bank, the OECD, and the European Commission. Her research interests include education policy, inclusive education, the impact of technology on teaching and learning, and teachers’ professional development.

Assist. Prof. Ivana Jadrić, PhD is an Assistant Professor at the Department of Psychology, Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, University of Split. Her research interests include higher education marketing, service quality, civic engagement, and service-learning. In her teaching, she focuses on the development of academic and professional skills, career planning, consumer behaviour, and the concepts and practice of service-learning.

Prof. Darko Hren, PhD is a Full Professor at the Department of Psychology, Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, University of Split. His research interests encompass interdisciplinary studies in psychology, higher education, public health, and healthcare. His work focuses particularly on research methodology, ethics and integrity in science, and, more recently, the therapeutic potential of psychedelics in psychiatry.

Prof. Goran Kardum, PhD is a Full Professor with tenure at the Department of Psychology, Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, University of Split. He teaches the courses Psychology of Consciousness, History of Psychology, Psychological Counselling, and Psychology of Religion in the undergraduate and graduate Psychology programmes, as well as Educational Psychology in the two-subject teacher education programmes taught in Croatian.
Throughout his academic career at the Faculty of Medicine and the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, he has taught a variety of courses in research methodology and statistics and has supervised doctoral candidates in postgraduate study programmes. His research interests include states of consciousness, concepts of mental health within counselling psychology, the relationship between well-being, health, and different dimensions of religiosity and spirituality, as well as fundamental questions concerning the subject matter of psychology throughout its history. Assist. Prof. Katija Kalebić Jakupčević, PhD is an Assistant Professor at the Department of Psychology, Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, University of Split. She is engaged in both research and professional practice in the fields of clinical and developmental psychology. Her primary research interests focus on mental health, parenting, and developmental difficulties.

Teaching Assistant Vedrana Vučković, MEdRehab is a Teaching Assistant at the Department of Early and Preschool Education, Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, University of Split. She holds a Master’s degree in Educational Rehabilitation (MEdRehab) and is currently a doctoral candidate in the postgraduate doctoral programme Quality in Education at the Department of Pedagogy, University of Zadar.
