The training was intended for researchers and all those interested in developing competencies in qualitative data analysis. Over the course of 15 hours, participants engaged in structured lectures, practical exercises, and guided analyses, gaining an understanding of the key stages of the qualitative analytical process\u2014from initial data coding to theme development, interpretation, and the presentation of research findings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The workshop was based on a research project through which participants analysed prepared interview transcripts and documentary materials, applying the analytical techniques presented during the training. Participants were also introduced to software tools for qualitative data analysis, including <em>MAXQDA<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The training was led by <strong>Assist.
